AR2LD (Activate Roots. Liberate Design) is a justice-centered consulting and training practice dedicated to transforming conflict into opportunities for healing, accountability, and sustainable change. We work at the intersection of law, restorative practice, and community-based approaches—supporting organizations, leaders, and communities in building systems rooted in equity and human connection.

Our work spans consulting, mediation, facilitation, and education. From high-level policy design and conflict transformation to immersive retreats and certification programs, AR2LD integrates strategy with lived experience. We bring together restorative justice, coaching, project management, and community organizing to help clients move beyond reactive systems and toward intentional, relationship-centered solutions.

Grounded in cultural wisdom and global perspective—including African & Pacific Islander traditions and land-based healing practices—AR2LD centers approaches that are both practical and deeply human. Whether guiding executive leaders, training facilitators, or working alongside communities, our focus remains the same: building trust, repairing harm, and creating pathways for collective growth.
